What we offer

ZW Growth Studio provides websites and ongoing marketing systems (the "Booked-Out System") for kitchen & bathroom firms. Exactly what's included is agreed with you in writing before we begin.

Quotes & scope

Each project is quoted individually based on an agreed scope. Work outside that scope may be quoted separately before it's carried out.

Payment

• One-off builds (website): a 50% deposit is required to book and begin; the remaining 50% is due on launch, before the site goes live.
• The Booked-Out System & other monthly plans: billed monthly in advance, with no long tie-in — cancel with 30 days' notice. Any one-off setup fee is payable before work begins.
• Late payment may pause work until the account is brought up to date.

Your responsibilities

• Providing content, images, access and feedback in good time.
• Ensuring you have the rights to any material you supply.
• Responding to enquiries and leads promptly — the system works best when you do your part.

Ownership

On full payment for a website build, ownership of the completed website and its content transfers to you. Tools, accounts and third-party subscriptions used to run an ongoing system remain in place only while your plan is active.

No guarantee of results

We take real care to deliver work built to win you more enquiries and projects — but we do not guarantee specific results such as a number of leads, sales, rankings or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control. Please read our Results Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly plan with 30 days' written notice. If you cancel a project mid-build, the deposit is non-refundable and any work completed beyond it is invoiced pro-rata. Work and files are released once sums due are settled.

Liability & governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid us, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.

These terms are written in plain English and are not a substitute for formal legal advice. For significant agreements we recommend a solicitor's review. We may update these terms from time to time.
